Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for stablecoin solutions, aligning institutional requirements from banks, payment service providers, and clearing networks with scalable product features.
- Work alongside engineering teams to build secure, reliable, and regulation-compliant products for stablecoin operations, including settlement processes, fiat on-ramps, and liquidity controls.
- Coordinate with compliance, legal, risk, and banking units to integrate regulatory standards directly into product architecture and workflows.
- Use client input, regional market trends, and evolving regulations to guide product enhancements and strategic decisions.
