Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees
- Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and personnel files
- Coordinate employee engagement efforts and internal communications
- Partner with HR team members to administer benefits and compliance programs
- Help manage HRIS data integrity and system updates
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support performance review cycles and related logistics
- Contribute to the development of training and development resources
- Assist in organizing company-wide events and culture initiatives
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate internal transfers and role change documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Track and report on key people metrics and workforce trends
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization
- Collaborate on process improvements to enhance HR efficiency
- Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews
- Assist in crafting internal communications related to people programs
- Coordinate with managers on employee relations matters
- Help implement scalable HR frameworks as the organization grows
- Support global team members with localized HR guidance
Qualifications
- Experience in human resources, people operations, or a related field
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data management systems
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proven track record of supporting HR programs effectively
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
