Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Medical Sales Account Manager to manage relationships with existing accounts and generate revenue. You will be the primary interface for all products and services, responsible for building long-term customer relationships and creating demand.
What You'll Do
- Review accounts, sell new business to existing accounts, and convert accounts to a higher level.
- Create demand for the organization's products and services by working with National & Regional accounts.
- Build and maintain a sales territory of smaller accounts in secondary & tertiary markets focusing on sales and customer relationships.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to product/service strategies.
- Coordinate sales forecasts with the internal team.
- Manage co-op accruals and set up new customers into Medline's systems.
- Create new products to sell to existing and new customers.
- Increase the revenue spend per account.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.
- Or, at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.

- First-year guarantee of $100,000. Minimum base salary of $75,000, eligible for 100% commission/Spiffs.
