Sharecare was looking for a Care Advisor - Remote

Sharecare is looking for a Care Advisor to join our team and assist with our CareLinx Payer Operations line of business. In this remote role, you will be the vital connection between families and non-medical, in-home caregivers, providing empathetic support and guidance through the entire process.

What You'll Do

  • Guide members on their caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication.
  • Work closely with the Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Provide ongoing support after the caregiver hire to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with other team members and teams within CareLinx.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text.
  • Assist in the inbound call center as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in a customer service role OR a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.

Nice to Have

  • Some college-level coursework.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service or call center environment OR a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Previous healthcare experience.

  • CareLinx’s EHR system
