Sharecare is looking for a Care Advisor to join our team and assist with our CareLinx Payer Operations line of business. In this remote role, you will be the vital connection between families and non-medical, in-home caregivers, providing empathetic support and guidance through the entire process.
What You'll Do
- Guide members on their caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication.
- Work closely with the Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Provide ongoing support after the caregiver hire to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
- Work collaboratively and professionally with other team members and teams within CareLinx.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text.
- Assist in the inbound call center as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience in a customer service role OR a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
Nice to Have
- Some college-level coursework.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or call center environment OR a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Previous healthcare experience.
