Servier, an independent international pharmaceutical laboratory, is seeking a Medical Representative in Tenerife, Spain. This is a key role for an expert professional who will drive business objectives through flexible, strategy-aligned promotion within their territory and therapeutic areas.
What You'll Do
- Achieve the sales objectives established for your area of responsibility.
- Perform detailed analysis of your business area regarding objective attainment and profitability.
- Conduct visits aligned with the company's strategy for each therapeutic area, brand, and product.
- Implement marketing and regional plans effectively and efficiently.
- Manage promotional resources effectively.
- Develop your activity in accordance with Servier's values and Compliance standards.
- Act as an ambassador and representative of the company's image.
- Build effective professional relationships with defined targets.
- Identify business opportunities within the territory.
- Detect business threats and proactively establish contingency plans.
- Anticipate and adapt to structural changes in the sector and organization.
- Integrate omnichannel tools and approaches into your workflow.
- Work transversally and proactively within a team, sharing relevant business information with colleagues and your manager.
- Stay updated on technical-scientific knowledge, market environment, processes, and internal tools.
- Conduct effective visits through thorough planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up.
- Accurately follow up and report all information required by the company.
- Give and request feedback proactively with trust as a foundation.
- Take responsibility for personal development plans.
Team & Environment
You will report to a Regional Director and engage in proactive, cross-functional collaboration.
Work Mode
This is a local, on-site position based in Tenerife.
