Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is hiring a Medical Representative to lead the promotion of our immunology products. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and building strong customer relationships within your target territory.
What You'll Do
- Promote company products and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage key customers, including establishing and updating customer profiles and maintaining relationships while effectively utilizing company resources.
- Complete all required sales reports as specified by the company.
- Gather and report competitive intelligence from within the territory.
- Adhere strictly to company ethical conduct (OEC) policies and execute market plans effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in dermatology, biologics, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
- Strong sales acumen and solid judgment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for sales, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
Nice to Have
- Prior work experience in a foreign-invested enterprise.
