Novo Nordisk is looking for a Medical Education Intern to join our Cardiometabolism (CM) Medical Education team. This role focuses on coordinating scientific dialogue and supporting educational activities that advance patient care and medical understanding.
What You'll Do
- Manage the team calendar and organize meetings for the CM Medical team
- Collaborate with medical experts (Medical Advisor & MedEd) to organize and monitor medical education activities
- Track contracts and payments for headquarters medical projects
- Participate in the coverage of select congresses and contribute to the synthesis of scientific information
- Plan, anticipate, and manage CM congress abstracts
- Contribute to the administrative management of medical events
- Participate in the development and updating of educational materials for Medical Education activities
What We're Looking For
- A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field (minimum Bac+4/5)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for working with diverse stakeholders
- Solid writing skills and a capacity for synthesis
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
- Proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- An interest in the cardiometabolic field and/or medical education
