Penumbra is looking for a Medical Education Clinical Program Manager to join our Marketing – Medical Education department. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing and managing clinical education initiatives designed for healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive medical education programs and curricula
- Manage the end-to-end logistical planning for clinical training events and workshops
- Collaborate with clinical experts and key opinion leaders to ensure program content accuracy and relevance
- Track and analyze program outcomes and effectiveness
- Ensure all educational activities comply with industry regulations and standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in medical education, clinical program management, or a related role within a medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of clinical training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external clinical faculty
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
