Regeneron is hiring Medical Account Specialists - Hematology to support the launch of a Multiple Myeloma product. In this role, you will engage Oncology specialists and key customers within assigned geographies to build revenue through account management and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Engage Oncology Experts and other key Oncology customers to deliver clinically focused selling messages supporting product launch and brand share growth.
- Facilitate partnership with Regional Directors, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs and develop strategies.
- Develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling activities to understand regional and local health care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Proactively identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate efforts of the Regeneron Oncology account team.
- Develop a breadth of relationships within each account to understand their objectives and align Regeneron resources to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance through understanding of regulations and policies governing customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in Oncology sales, Hematology Oncology preferred
- Buy and bill experience with biologics required
- Minimum 3 years experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks
- Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus
Team & Environment
You will collaborate with Reimbursement and Access Specialists, Regional Science Managers, Regional Directors, and Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists.
