Havas Play Ltd is hiring a Media Planner ATL to develop strategic above-the-line media plans that align with client marketing and communication objectives. You will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing campaigns across traditional media with a strategic focus on performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop strategic ATL media plans aligned with marketing and communication objectives.
- Evaluate key metrics like GRPs, reach, frequency, affinity, and investment efficiency.
- Negotiate with central offices, suppliers, and media outlets.
- Supervise the correct execution of campaigns across all ATL channels.
- Optimize advertising investment and propose continuous improvements.
- Prepare results reports and performance analysis for internal or external clients.
- Coordinate with creative teams, accounts, and complementary areas.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years experience as a Media Planner in media agencies (mandatory).
- Mastery in ATL campaign planning: TV, Radio, OOH, Press and mass media.
- Knowledge of audience measurement tools: Kantar IBOPE Media, CCR, and other applied research systems.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and budget management skills.
- Ability to prepare complete reports and strategic presentations.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability.
