About the Role

Twoconnect is hiring a Media Monitoring Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring media and delivering extensive reporting for our external clients, ensuring they stay informed on their media presence.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct media monitoring and create extensive reports for external clients.
  • Manage and operate the company's media monitoring system (Streem).
  • Analyze reports and provide actionable feedback.
  • Develop a general understanding of client account priorities to service their needs effectively.
  • Provide general assistance to the team, responding to tasks and answering queries as they arise.

What We're Looking For

  • A BS in Business Administration.
  • 3-5+ years of proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a critical focus on accuracy of information and data.
  • Experience with MS Office and Google Workspace, with high proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint, and Google Slides and Sheets.
  • A passion for report creation and analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

Nice to Have

  • Additional qualifications in Office Administration.
  • Experience working with a Public Relations company.
  • Prior experience with media monitoring systems.
