RETITO GmbH is looking for a Media Buyer | Paid Media Manager - Meta, TikTok (m/w/d) to manage paid advertising and drive growth for our e-commerce clients. In this role, you will be the primary contact for all Paid Social matters, developing strategies and analyzing data to maximize performance. You'll join a decentralized, all-remote team that operates at the intersection of a management consultancy and marketing agency, focused on serving start-ups and scale-ups.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer advertising accounts on Meta and TikTok.
- Act as the central point of contact for all Paid Social questions and strategy.
- Contribute to developing results-oriented strategies to achieve set client goals.
- Define and monitor suitable KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPC.
- Identify unused growth opportunities through data analysis and communicate them to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with client contacts to develop workflows for continuous production and testing of new creatives and marketing approaches.
- Regularly pursue further education and research to test new channels, formats, and approaches for improving marketing performance.
- Develop into a team leadership role in the Paid Media area in the medium term.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in Media Buying on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- A holistic understanding of online marketing from A to Z, including Paid Social, Paid Search, and other channels.
- Experience managing advertising accounts with at least 50k Ad Spend per month.
- Proven experience in tracking and data analysis using GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager (or alternative platforms).
- Hands-on experience with handling data feeds and product catalogs.
- Excellent English language skills.
