Gastrosterne is hiring a remote Sales Closer to drive growth in the DACH region. In this role, you will sell our digital recruiting solution to small and medium-sized enterprises, transforming initial interest into long-term client relationships. Your focus will be on closing deals and expanding accounts through proactive follow-ups and strategic upgrades.
What You'll Do
- Call cold and warm leads to identify customer needs.
- Conduct direct sales conversations aimed at closing deals.
- Push for the close in a structured, smart, and secure manner.
- Think proactively, ask questions, and follow up until goals are achieved.
- Work closely with a sales coach and leadership.
- Develop customers long-term through account upgrades and upsells.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with proven closing ability in B2B or B2C.
- You are independent, self-directed, and do not require micro-management.
- You possess a drive not only to sell but also to grow professionally.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the recruiting environment is a bonus but not required.
