About the Role

simpleclub is seeking an Account Executive (m/f/x) to join our B2B sales team. You will be responsible for selling our learning platform to companies across all market segments, focusing on closing deals initially in the 7,500€ to 50,000€ ARR range with significant growth potential. You'll work within a proven system alongside SDRs and CSMs.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct cold and warm outreach to approach leads and sell the learning platform to companies.
  • Build comprehensive expertise in digital education and the German 'training & further education' sector.
  • Overcome customer objections and confidently convince potential customers of the solution's benefits.
  • Maintain a clear overview of your pipeline and know your customers' objections to solve them precisely.
  • Experiment with new approaches and share findings with the team to foster collective learning.
  • Provide first-class consultation throughout the sales process, prioritizing customer retention from the start.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B/SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of contributing to the success of previous teams.
  • Drive and ambition to meet and exceed ambitious but realistic sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Discipline and resilience to handle rejection and self-motivate.
  • Customer-focused mindset, prioritizing customer needs and building long-term partnerships.
  • Team player mentality, supporting colleagues and learning from each other.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of common CRM tools.
  • Previous experience in the Edtech sector, specifically in training and further education.

Team & Environment

You will join our sales team with SDRs, AEs, and CSMs, working within this proven system and supported by the VP Sales. We foster open communication and a great culture, with no toxic sales environment; the team supports each other on deals.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Target annual compensation range of 90,000 to 110,000 EUR gross (for a 100% position), consisting of a 60/40 split between base salary and variable component.
