Valatam is hiring a Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for scaling ad performance, analyzing campaign data, and maximizing return on ad spend through data-driven strategies.
What You'll Do
- Manage all Meta ad accounts and campaigns from setup to reporting.
- Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CVR.
- Adjust budgets and pacing based on real-time performance data.
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate tracking setup with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and algorithm changes.
What We're Looking For
- C1/C2 English and Spanish language proficiency.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience working with UTM links, conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
- A quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and a backup connection.

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
- CRM tool experience, preferably with HubSpot.

- Hourly rate starting at USD 1288/month (final rate is experience-based).
