Paired is looking for an experienced Media Buyer with strong creative experience to manage performance campaigns for our client company. You’ll understand why ads work, not just how to launch them, in a fully remote, US-based role.
What You'll Do
- Launch, manage, and scale performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Shop.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to brainstorm, develop, and refine high-performing ad creatives and angles.
- Maintain organized, well-structured accounts with clear naming conventions, testing structures, and workflow systems.
- Analyze data daily to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Update ads, iterate on winning concepts, and manage efficient creative testing cycles.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer, funnel, and product to inform creative direction.
- Track KPIs rigorously and provide clear reporting and recommendations.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging paid media opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience running successful campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce funnel, attribution, and conversion principles.
- Ability to structure campaigns for scale, testing, and profitability.
- Ability to evaluate and ideate winning hooks, angles, and ad concepts.
- Strong pattern recognition for high-performing creatives.
- Competency in reading data, interpreting signals, and making fast optimization decisions.
- Experience collaborating with editors or creators to refine ad creative.
