Essence Investment AG is seeking a Finance Assistant for a 3-month freelance contract to support the finance department of Growery B.V. This fully remote role involves day-to-day financial administration, invoice processing, and financial reporting, with an immediate start required.
What You'll Do
- Support the Finance Manager in day-to-day financial administration and accounting
- Process purchase and sales invoices
- Prepare weekly payment rounds and perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closings and prepare financial reports
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an IFRS accountant or finance controller
- Fluency in English
- Ability to perform freelance work through a legal entity or sole proprietorship, applicable in your location
- Availability for immediate start
Nice to Have
- Experience with Odoo ERP is a plus

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: from €2,500 to €3,500 per month, based on candidate's experience
