Horizon Recovery is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in the day-to-day operations of select commercial properties and executive suites. You will be an integral member of the property team and a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries.
What You'll Do
- Support the property manager in day-to-day operations of select commercial properties and executive suites.
- Coordinate service requests and communicate with tenants.
- Manage rental agreements.
- Improve office operations and procedures.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Clerical skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle routine and complex situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- This is a full-time role.
