Sanoma Learning is looking for a Medewerker Customer Service to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat channels
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary

- Previous experience in a customer-facing support role
