Roles As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work on the mechanical design and development of industrial robotic and vision systems, from concept to production readiness. Job responsibilities As a Mechanical Engineer for 3D Camera and Robot accessories and cell, you will take charge of the necessary mechanical engineering work to deliver the Eureka system. In particular, you will be expected to: Design & R&D: Act mechanical engineer for the design and development of our Eureka systems including mechanical assembly, thermal management, structural analysis, and material selection. Global Application Support: Support the application team in developing robotic application systems for international deployment. Prototyping & Validation: Develop prototypes, conduct simulation tests and perform physical testing to validate engineering designs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product, software, and AI teams to cultivate an integrated design philosophy. Documentation: Oversee design documentation and preserve records of design histories Qualifications Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Robotics/Automation Engineering or related fields. Above 2-3 years' experience in mechanical design or similar position. Proficiency in using at least one CAD software such as OnShape, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.. Familiarity with industrial product design and experience with packaging design for industrial products. Experience with common testing and requirements for industrial products, e.g., dust proofing, waterproofing, drop tests, vibration tests, etc.. Proficiency in English communication, especially in listening and speaking to collaborate effectively with global teams. Preferred Prior experience in camera-related industrial product development. Prior experience in automation, robotics or robotics-related technologies. Proficiency in English communication, especially in listening and speaking. Practical experience in controlling and managing material and import export activities.
