Manchester Tank is pursuing an energetic Sales Manager to spearhead LPG (propane) tank sales—encompassing new, used, and refurbished tanks—throughout Western Canada. This dynamic, client-facing role centers on regional expansion through direct engagement with propane marketers, distributors, and critical industry collaborators. The Sales Manager will drive revenue generation via new customer acquisition, existing account expansion, and strategic commercial implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand LPG (propane) tank sales across Western Canada
- Surpass regional sales targets for new, used, and refurbished tanks
- Direct pricing discussions and contract negotiations for all LPG product lines
- Cultivate and reinforce relationships with propane marketers, distributors, and key decision-makers
- Generate new accounts and enhance existing customer relationships
- Ensure accurate CRM data maintenance (Salesforce or equivalent), including opportunities, notes, and market intelligence
- Perform regular customer visits, presentations, site meetings, and industry event participation
- Provide dependable sales forecasts by account, geography, and product category
- Implement Manchester Tank's commercial strategy and contribute to regional market share growth
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in LPG, propane distribution, pressure vessels, or related industrial sectors
- Demonstrated success managing sales targets, KPIs, and territory performance
- Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies
- Robust background in pricing, contracts, and volume negotiations
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
Knowledge
- LPG industry trends and competitive landscape in Western Canada
- Product offerings for new, used, and refurbished propane tanks
- Sales process and customer lifecycle management
- Pricing structures and margin strategies
- Canadian regulatory and compliance requirements (including provincial variations)
- Supply chain, logistics, and Commercial Operations workflows
