MCRA is hiring a Manager, Payer Engagement to join our Reimbursement, Health Economics & Market Access (RHEMA) team. In this full-time role, you will lead strategic initiatives to engage with payers and secure reimbursement pathways for medical technologies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive payer engagement strategies
- Lead the analysis of payer policies and coverage landscapes
- Build and maintain relationships with key payer stakeholders
- Create evidence-based value dossiers and reimbursement submissions
- Guide internal and client teams on optimal market access approaches
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of direct experience in medical device reimbursement, health economics, or market access
- Proven track record of successful payer engagement and coverage negotiations
- Deep understanding of US payer environment (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
- Strong analytical skills for health economic modeling and policy analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Ability to work independently and lead projects in a remote setting
