About the Role

MCRA is hiring a Manager, Payer Engagement to join our Reimbursement, Health Economics & Market Access (RHEMA) team. In this full-time role, you will lead strategic initiatives to engage with payers and secure reimbursement pathways for medical technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive payer engagement strategies
  • Lead the analysis of payer policies and coverage landscapes
  • Build and maintain relationships with key payer stakeholders
  • Create evidence-based value dossiers and reimbursement submissions
  • Guide internal and client teams on optimal market access approaches

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of direct experience in medical device reimbursement, health economics, or market access
  • Proven track record of successful payer engagement and coverage negotiations
  • Deep understanding of US payer environment (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
  • Strong analytical skills for health economic modeling and policy analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects in a remote setting

Work Mode

This is a full-time, fully remote position. Candidates must be based in and legally authorized to work in the United States.
