City IT is hiring a Delphi Engineer to join our Global Architecture & Engineering division, specifically within the Transitional Enablement Teams. This role focuses on supporting key architectural transitions and engineering initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Delphi
- Collaborate within the Transitional Enablement Teams to support architectural evolution
- Design and implement software solutions that align with global engineering standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in existing systems
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
- Proven professional experience as a Delphi Engineer or similar role
- Strong expertise in Object Pascal and the Delphi IDE
- Experience working on large-scale, complex software systems
- Ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team structure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to development
Work Mode
This is a global role based in the UK. You will work as part of a distributed team collaborating across different regions and time zones.
