Lockheed Martin Canada is hiring a Materials Support Team Member to join our manufacturing facility in Kanata, Ontario. You will be at the heart of operations, ensuring materials flow smoothly to support critical manufacturing and delivery processes.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a safe, healthy, clean, and organized stockroom environment.
- Keep accurate stock records using SAP.
- Identify locations and put away incoming inventory.
- Perform cycle count inventory checks.
- Kit and issue articles for manufacturing.
- Pick, pack, and ship articles and kits to customers.
- Work closely with production control to ensure kit availability.
- Disburse obsolete and expired inventory.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to acquire a NATO Secret Security clearance.
- Experience in materials handling, stockroom, and inventory control.
- Sufficient physical ability to perform an active role involving lifting.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and writing skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- A valid driver's licence.
Nice to Have
- Computer systems and data entry experience.
- Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) or Production Planning (PP).
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
