Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is looking for a Materials Manager to be responsible for the hotel's overall purchasing operations. This key role focuses on the procurement, inspection, inventory management, and distribution of food ingredients, with an emphasis on maintaining smooth communication with the culinary department.
What You'll Do
- Manage overall purchasing operations
- Ensure smooth procurement and management of food ingredients through close communication with the culinary department
- Oversee food ingredient purchasing, inspection, receiving/shipping, and inventory management
What We're Looking For
- Able to work in Jeju
- Required experience with food ingredients at a department store or large supermarket
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Chinese or English preferred
