Canadian Solar US Module Manufacturing Corporation is looking for a Material Handler to join our night shift operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of products and materials throughout our manufacturing plant, performing physical labor, and operating equipment while strictly following all safety protocols and workplace policies.
What You'll Do
- Deliver raw materials to production lines as needed.
- Operate within the ERP system to balance raw materials.
- Handle material issues proactively to minimize losses caused by line shutdown.
- Ensure all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Canadian Solar Solution Code of Business Conduct.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work a continental shift schedule (2x2x3, 12-hour shift).
- Experience with SAP and ERP systems.
- Proficient in operating an Electric Pallet Jack and Sit-Down Forklift.
- Knowledge of Inventory Control principles.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience in production or material handling within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to complete the listed responsibilities effectively.
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.
- Strong attention to detail in all areas of work.
