Valvoline Global Operations is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. In this hands-on warehouse role, you will manage the flow of materials, from picking customer orders and staging deliveries to loading and unloading bulk oil from tanker trucks. You will also fill totes and drums with various products, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
What You'll Do
- Pick and stage customer deliveries accurately.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, including bulk oil tankers.
- Receive inbound shipments and put away materials.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts of inventory on hand.
- Maintain excellent daily attendance and punctuality.
- Work safely and efficiently, following all protocols.
- Stay current on all assigned training modules.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic ability to operate computers (Microsoft Windows) and use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Capability to work a 4-day schedule (Monday-Thursday, 6:30am - 5:00pm).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull using tools like drum dollies and pallet jacks.
- Comfort with standing/walking for long periods, as well as repetitive bending and reaching.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of work experience in a related field.
- Customer service experience.
