Bourns, Inc. is looking for a Material Finished Goods Handler to ensure the accurate and efficient flow of products and materials. You'll be central to our shipping, receiving, and inventory operations, supporting the organization's logistics needs.
What You'll Do
- Pull and pack finished goods orders, and process shipments via the computerized ShipERP shipping system.
- Receive incoming stock, verifying part numbers and quantity, then store material on shelves.
- Process customer returns and maintain accurate stockroom inventories for finished goods and sample materials.
- Perform mailroom support, delivering to departments and processing outbound mail.
- May prepare and maintain import/export documentation.
- Build and process sample kits when necessary.
- Back-up Shipping, Receiving, and Samples Material handlers.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma or equivalent education, training, and/or experience.
- +6 months of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
- Must be open to supporting CTPAT and attending required hazardous training.
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Technical Stack
- Computerized ShipERP shipping system and PC.
- May need to operate a forklift as needed; onsite training will be provided.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 hourly based on experience.

This is an onsite position.
