Viatris Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Master Data Analyst to play a key role in our Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. You will contribute to the implementation, adoption, and governance of master data, working cross-functionally to standardize processes, implement robust controls, and deliver high-quality data.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with subject matter experts to define and implement data governance strategies for consistent, secure, and accurate global master data.
Define requirements, design, test, and implement new processes and system enhancements to support master data.
Lead process standardization, data governance, cleansing, maintenance, and quality improvement efforts aligned with data strategy goals.
Conduct root cause analysis on data inconsistencies and drive corrective actions.
Perform regular data audits against rule sets, collaborating with suppliers and partners to address discrepancies.
Provide day-to-day support for the master data governance process to the business user community.
Identify and document existing processes, workflows, gaps, and risks, summarizing insights for stakeholders.
Serve as the vital link between business, MDM centres of excellence, and IT, providing expertise and advice.
Support the identification and realization of opportunities for developing global master data across systems.
Assist in requirements gathering, drafting test scripts, and executing tests for system development.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of master data governance or business analysis experience, specifically with material master data.
Comfortable querying, summarizing, and analyzing data.
Experience implementing and supporting SAP MDG or similar governance platforms.
Experience with one or more SAP processes (order to cash, procure to pay, plan to supply).
Experience with one or more SAP modules (MM, SD).
Highly detail-oriented with a consistent ability to achieve high levels of accuracy.
Strong analytical skills in both data and process management.
High proficiency with MS Office, including Visio.
Ability to cope with ambiguity and implement structure and clarity.
Ability to act in a complex, rapidly changing environment and work well with people at various levels and cultural backgrounds.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
