About the Role

- Ensure visual consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign creative direction
- Adapt existing designs for different platforms and formats
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Stay current with design trends and marketing best practices
- Use analytics to inform design improvements when applicable
- Assist in developing templates for recurring content needs
- Support event-related design materials including digital and print collateral
- Optimize images and graphics for web performance
