LegalMatch is seeking a Marketing Tech Project Manager to lead technical initiatives that drive automation and growth. You will manage projects focused on AI integration and Marketing Tech tools, ensuring they are scoped, prioritized, and delivered effectively to support our lead generation and case growth strategies.
What You'll Do
- Manage project planning and delivery for AI-powered marketing workflows and tools.
- Coordinate with AI engineers, marketers, and product teams to align project goals.
- Maintain project timelines, documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
- Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements.
- Ensure smooth deployment of GPTs, AI automations, and system integrations.
- Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
- Ensure deliverables support lead generation, case growth, and performance targets.
- Promote adoption by supporting knowledge-sharing and user onboarding.
- Create structured feedback loops for continuous optimization.
- Ensure all projects align with company priorities and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing tech, project management, or digital automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., GPTs), workflow automation, and Marketing Tech stacks.
- Strong technical documentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and timelines.
- Excellent communication and a detail-oriented mindset.
