Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality digital marketing assistance to international clients.
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications using live chat, email, phone, and Zoom meetings.
- Answer questions about product features, technical functionality, billing, and related topics.
- Create and document support tickets for customer-reported problems.
- Maintain accurate records and update statuses in the ticketing system.
- Collect feedback from customers regarding their reported issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Build consultative relationships with assigned accounts, conduct training, and maintain strong customer engagement.
- Support new customer onboarding, provide education, and nurture long-term relationships to promote effective platform use.
- Generate regular reports for leadership review.
