Northwestern Memorial Healthcare is looking for a Marketing Specialist to contribute as a collaborative and results-driven individual contributor. In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of strategic marketing while supporting your manager and team on identified projects, creating building blocks for the organization’s marketing plans.
What You'll Do
- Understand the scope and objectives of assigned projects and deliver against those objectives.
- Develop key elements of the marketing plan and/or the creation of marketing materials.
- Support strong internal client relationships by understanding needs, delivering high-quality materials/plans, and effectively managing feedback.
- Collaborate with internal clients and Digital Team partners to develop email communications.
- Create, troubleshoot, update, and maintain the Digital content calendar related to email campaigns.
- Coordinate with Service Line in the digital channel on marketing campaigns.
- Consolidate and manage universal opt-outs.
- Create and provide reporting related to campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of comparable experience.
- An additional 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive and constructive attitude.
Nice to Have
- An understanding of the healthcare industry and academic medical centers.
- Agency or client-side healthcare marketing experience or internship.
- An undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience and familiarity with email creation platforms, preferably Eloqua.
- Experience with project management software and workflow systems, preferably Workfront.
- Experience with website analytics and site improvement tools.
