Cambly is looking for a Marketing Specialist to be the driving force behind our lead and demand generation efforts in the Korean market. You will be a hands-on strategic leader responsible for designing, executing, and measuring campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
What You'll Do
- Own the full development and execution of integrated B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage the content funnel, including writing and editing impactful blog posts and creating high-value collateral like case studies and whitepapers.
- Plan, execute, and measure the success of both online and offline events to generate high-quality leads.
- Design and implement targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives, focusing on metrics like conversion rates, Cost Per Lead, and pipeline contribution.
- Own and manage the B2B marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Maintain close collaboration with the Sales team to ensure lead quality, smooth handoffs, and consistent messaging.
What We're Looking For
- Full professional proficiency in Korean (written and verbal) equivalent to a mother-tongue speaker.
- Must be currently based in South Korea with valid local work authorization.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with a proven focus on lead/demand generation and pipeline growth.
- At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Deep understanding of the Korean B2B landscape, audience, and key industry verticals.
- Proven ability to create compelling B2B content, including writing original blog posts, whitepapers, and developing persuasive case studies.
- Experience planning and executing successful online and offline B2B events.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working at a fast-growing startup.
- Experience in the EdTech, E-Learning, HR Software, or Well-being sector.
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing LinkedIn Ads campaigns and managing B2B social media (LinkedIn).
