Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Marketing Specialist to build strong brands that help people live healthier lives. In this role, you will connect marketing, innovation, and cross-team collaboration to grow our brands and implement key projects from our Prague location.

What You'll Do

Implement local marketing plans across all communication channels.
Lead assigned projects, including new sales channels, outdoor advertising, marketing materials, congresses, and sampling activities.
Prepare and adapt marketing materials such as point-of-sale materials, visuals, and other creative assets.
Handle marketing administration, including orders, invoices, and contracts.
Conduct reporting and market monitoring by analyzing product performance, trends, and competitor activities.
Support the sales team by preparing materials for sales meetings, promotional tools, and gifts.
Implement activities specifically for pharmacy chains and online pharmacies, such as flyers and banners.
Collaborate on projects focused on innovation and modifications of existing products.
Fulfill other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, or 3–5 years in a commercial-customer area, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods segment.
Proven experience collaborating across departments such as marketing, sales, and finance.
University education in marketing, business, or management.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and actively develop your skills.
Experience with project management and leading small to medium-sized projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Good orientation in digital marketing, for example with social media, online campaigns, or digital content creation.
