HENSOLDT is hiring a Group Leader Production Planning - Mechanics to oversee order processing within our Components Production department. You will be responsible for the conception, control, and implementation of the process, ensuring on-time delivery and providing technical leadership to your team.

What You'll Do

Conceive, control, and implement the order processing process for the 'Components Production' area.
Ensure process-compliant order processing using production planning tools SAP ERP and SAP EWM.
Support the creation of internal and external effort estimates based on work package descriptions.
Uniformly train employees in order processing on the topics of order processing and SAP.
Take on responsible AUV activity in valuable projects and participate in the AV team.
Ensure agreed delivery dates are met within the performance areas.
Implement suitable measures and escalate in case of deviations and problems in the production process.
Develop and coordinate improvement measures for the production process.
Represent performance area-related aspects on the topic of order processing.
Provide technical leadership for employees in order processing within the 'Components Production' area.

What We're Looking For

Successfully completed technical vocational training.
Successfully completed further education to become a state-certified technician with additional business management qualification or comparable.
Very good knowledge of order processing and production planning.
Very good knowledge of SAP PP, QM, PLM, and EWM.
Independent way of working, strong coordination and integration skills, and assertiveness.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, sense of responsibility, and cooperation skills.
Strong organizational talent.
Very good German and good English language skills.
