Paired is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to support marketing operations and ensure the timely execution of campaigns, content, and brand initiatives. This role works closely with the Marketing Department Lead and helps keep cross-functional contributors accountable.
What You'll Do
- Organize, manage, and maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules
- Coordinate and track marketing campaigns across platforms to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Hold the Video Editor and Social Media Specialist accountable for assigned tasks, timelines, and quality standards
- Monitor progress, follow up on deliverables, and report status updates to the department lead
- Work directly with clients to coordinate review and testimonial videos and photography, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-ups
- Assist with planning and ordering company-branded materials and equipment
- Coordinate branding needs for company events, including meetings, anniversaries, and celebrations
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
- Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks within the marketing department
