Docplanner is looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager for Noa Notes to architect the transition from a sales-led to a product-led growth model. You will be responsible for building PLG flywheels to achieve 10x growth, scaling to tens of thousands of doctors globally.
What You'll Do
- Build PLG Flywheels: Architect and execute the transition to a product-led growth engine, focusing on activation, retention, and self-service revenue.
- Conduct High-Velocity Experimentation: Ship experiments in days, using data to kill bad experiments fast and double down on winners.
- Transform the Org: Work directly with local Customer Success and Sales teams across 13 countries to transition them into a Product-Led Sales model.
- Maintain Ruthless Outcome Focus: Be judged on metrics like Growth, ARR, and Retention, with the autonomy to make bold calls to drive 10x growth.
- Define Strategy: Define the vision, strategy, and key results for your team to grow the value provided to doctors and influence business leaders using data.
What We're Looking For
- PLG & Transformation Experience: Specific experience building PLG flywheels and/or transforming an organization from Sales-Led to Product-Led.
- Proven Product Management Experience: 5+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B) with a track record of launching and growing successful products.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience launching a new product from scratch (startup or new initiatives within a larger organization) and comfort with P&L accountability.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical skills to synthesize product usage data, define evaluation pipelines, and derive actionable insights to improve retention and conversion.
- Judgment on Systems: Know when to move fast and scrappy and when to invest in infrastructure, avoiding over-engineering that delays learning.
- Collaborative Force Multiplier: Experience scaling execution across distributed teams and unlocking local teams to execute the vision in parallel.
