EX Squared is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution. This is a remote role for candidates based in Canada.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product decisions
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and iteration
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Group Product Manager or Senior Product Manager role
- Strong track record of leading product strategy and delivering successful products
- Excellent leadership and team mentorship abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
