Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth marketing strategy and execution. This role is central to managing day-to-day activities, optimizing processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams to support internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and oversee marketing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate schedules, coordinate resources, and maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain marketing databases, generate campaign reports, and track KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support market research initiatives and assist with competitive analysis.
- Manage print and promotional materials, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Provide administrative support including proofreading, invoice submission, and report generation.
- Maintain organized files for projects at all stages, from concept to completion.
- Assist with implementation of marketing automation tools, CRMs, and content management systems.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent with 1–5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree depending on level.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Confluence, Jira) and marketing software (HubSpot, SharpSpring, Marketing Cloud).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, proofreading, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
- Understanding of marketing principles, B2B relationships, and campaign operations.
Nice to Have
- A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a closely related field.
- Previous experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle) and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends, technologies, and methodologies.
