Instrumentl is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of our marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for managing campaign workflows, maintaining data integrity, and enabling the marketing team to operate efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage marketing campaign workflows in our operational platforms
- Maintain data hygiene and accuracy across marketing databases and systems
- Support campaign execution by setting up tracking, lists, and assets
- Generate and analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist with A/B testing and lead scoring configurations
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or a similar role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing data
- High attention to detail and a commitment to process and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS marketing tools
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email or landing page edits
