ezCater is hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to support marketing campaigns and manage marketing technology. In this role, you will learn ezCater's marketing tech stack, produce personalized communications, and help establish best practices.
What You'll Do
- Become well-versed in ezCater’s marketing technology and develop skills essential for the role.
- Produce and send personalized marketing communications using multiple marketing automation tools.
- Contribute to Email, SMS, and Product marketing and help establish best practices and processes.
- Act as a platform manager to ensure Marketers have the right templates, audience segments, and resources.
- Support the Marketing Operations team in maintaining an organized and clean marketing process.
- Conduct quality checks on marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with growth stakeholders to help achieve their marketing campaign goals.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of professional experience.
- A strong desire to learn, especially things that are technical in nature.
- An incredible eye for detail and a love of process and organization.
- Experience with using data to make informed decisions; strong analytical skills.
- Have used a CRM, marketing automation, or email sending program before.
- A desire to problem-solve and find opportunities to improve existing projects and workflows.

- Experience preferably in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a similar role.
