Nextswipe is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead growth and scaling initiatives for Creator accounts targeting the US market. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our reach and traffic with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase reach and traffic.
• Build and manage collaborations, promotions, and campaigns.
• Optimize account branding and positioning to appeal to the US audience.
• Work closely with our team to ensure consistent growth and smooth operations.
• Research trends and implement new methods to stay ahead of the competition.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media marketing, including Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of Creator Marketing on Instagram and TikTok.
• Must be based in the USA.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $1250-$3000 per month / $8-$15 per hour (depending on experience & results).

Work Mode

This is a global position open to candidates located within the USA.
