BusRight is hiring a Marketing Manager, SEO & Organic Growth to join our Organic Growth Marketing team. You will architect the strategy to ensure our brand is the primary answer wherever customers are asking questions, accountable for increasing Organic-attributed opportunities and Closed-Won revenue.
What You'll Do
- Own the Number: Increase Organic-attributed opportunities and Closed-Won revenue by improving search visibility, traffic, and conversions to build high-intent pipeline.
- Define the Strategy: Build SEO requirements to guide our web and content roadmap. Provide the 'what' and 'why' for technical SEO and site architecture, partnering with Web Analytics and Engineering for implementation.
- “Agentic” Search (GEO): Pioneer our strategy for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Analyze our brand's appearance in AI answers and guide the Content team on structuring data to be machine-readable.
- Guide Authority Building: Identify high-value offsite targets for the Brand team. Evaluate the SEO impact of PR and distribution efforts to build a diverse and authoritative link profile.
- Forecast & Model: Partner with Marketing Ops, Web Analytics, and Finance to build robust forecasting models. Analyze the impact of algorithm updates and strategy pivots to report ROI.
- Content Intelligence: Continuously audit our content library and provide the Content team with clustered keyword insights and entity gaps to maintain rankings and capture new intent.
What We're Looking For
- 3-6+ years in SEO or Growth Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or a high-velocity digital environment, with 6-8+ years of related experience overall.
- Revenue-First Mindset: Comfortable being measured on pipeline and revenue, not just clicks.
- The “Bridge” Builder: Excel in a matrixed environment. You can hand off technical specs to Web Analytics or distribution targets to Brand without micromanaging.
- Analytical Fluency: Comfortable interpreting attribution models and working with data teams to forecast impact.
- LLM Curiosity: A point of view on how AI is reshaping search (SGE/AEO) and eagerness to test strategies for "Zero-Click" optimization.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Programmatic SEO or managing large-scale directory pages.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction.
- Experience optimizing for “Agentic” search or building Knowledge Graph entities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Sigma, Heap, Hex, Profound.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $100,000—$160,000 USD
