Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee strategic marketing efforts and drive enrollment. You will manage and execute cross-channel marketing plans for an assigned portfolio of programs, serving as the key liaison between clients and the Marketing team.
What You'll Do
- Liaise with advertising agencies and provide clear direction to create and implement lead generation marketing campaigns
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities for assigned programs, including reviewing layout accuracy, managing internal reviews, and trafficking advertising proofs
- Monitor marketing plan performance to meet program enrollment goals
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to meet project deadlines and deliverables
- Oversee video and photo shoots
- Maintain up-to-date website and CRM communications plans
- Proactively optimize conversions of inquiries and started applications
- Establish regular communications channels with clients
- Facilitate client communications outreach through CRM, social media, and other channels
- Proactively manage client expectations
- Document meetings and provide regular status updates
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and make recommendations based on KPIs
- Provide proactive insights to internal marketing partners to drive lead generation results
- Create and administer surveys
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of professional marketing experience, including advertising, media planning, and/or brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness and availability for travel if required to campuses, conferences, and recruitment events
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM and CMS platforms; Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, a plus
Team & Environment
You will report into the Director of Program Marketing and work closely with the Executive Director of Marketing.

- Compensation range: $41,926.00 - $65,090.00
- Hybrid work schedule: Tuesdays & Wednesdays in the office
