Remote Talent LATAM is looking for a Marketing Manager to serve as the critical interface between our clients and internal teams. In this remote-first marketing agency role, you will be responsible for managing 3-5 client accounts, developing and leading comprehensive marketing strategy, and ensuring high-quality execution of projects.
What You'll Do
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for 3–5 active client accounts, developing deep knowledge of each client’s business model and marketing goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, presenting insights and guiding marketing decisions aligned with their goals and ROI.
- Develop and lead marketing strategy across channels, including messaging frameworks, campaign plans, SEO, sitemaps, and content calendars.
- Conduct business discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- Manage internal work-streams across design, video, website, content, copywriting, and SEO.
- Build and own project timelines, assign tasks, monitor progress, and report updates to clients with proactive communication.
- Lead kickoff and status meetings with clients, demonstrating business acumen and strategic curiosity.
- Work closely with creative and technical specialists to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-brand deliverables.
- Manage and update project reports and dashboards for internal and external visibility.
- Coordinate content calendar development and copywriting deliverables, especially for LinkedIn.
- Assist with preparing reports, decks, and marketing collateral for client meetings.
- Communicate proactively across channels such as Slack, Monday.com, and Google Drive.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency or in-house marketing team, ideally with broad exposure to content, video, and digital projects.
- At least 1 year of experience working in the US market.
- Strong English fluency, both written and spoken, and confidence presenting to clients.
- Strategic thinking paired with tactical execution across marketing channels and deliverables.
- Demonstrated success in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Canva/Adobe, HubSpot, and/or Notion.
- High responsiveness, self-accountability, detail-oriented approach, and comfort working independently.
- Strong business orientation and ability to understand client financial models and ROI discussions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid social campaign execution, with a preference for LinkedIn.
- Previous experience in the finance, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) principles.
