Tinder, part of Match Group, seeks a Marketing Manager to drive brand and business growth in Thailand. This is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role where you will develop and execute full-funnel marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and lead a local test-and-learn agenda. You will report directly to the Country Director, Tinder Thailand.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize social-first, culturally relevant campaigns across brand, digital, social, partnerships, and performance to grow visibility and engagement with Thai audiences, particularly Gen Z and young millennials.
- Partner with internal and external teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, managing timelines, workflows, agencies, contracts, and day-to-day execution.
- Manage and localize creative assets across media platforms for Thailand, leading the local test-and-learn agenda to improve relevance, performance, and results.
- Track campaign performance against key KPIs, extract actionable insights, and translate learnings into recommendations for future campaigns.
- Lead executional excellence across budget management and coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, PR, Product Marketing, Media, and regional stakeholders.
- Deliver clear post-campaign analyses, memos, and business updates for local, regional, and global audiences to align internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, digital, brand, or agency roles, ideally in consumer tech, lifestyle, entertainment, or other youth-focused brands.
- Strong experience in campaign management and execution, with exposure to full-funnel marketing from brand to performance.
- Strong understanding of Thailand’s consumer culture, social trends, and youth audiences.
- Familiarity with media platforms across brand and performance, with experience developing effective creative, optimizing digital assets, and testing messages, formats, and channels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Data-savvy and comfortable analyzing large datasets, especially media data, to identify actionable insights and apply learnings.
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams across media, creative, influencer/social, PR, or production.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and challenge the status quo.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation/reporting tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience in app marketing, consumer internet, lifestyle, or subscription-based businesses.
- Experience supporting growth experiments across media channels, performance campaigns, or new channel pilots.
