Puig is looking for a Marketing Lifestyle Brand Manager to build and execute brand strategy aligned with business priorities and global guidelines. In this role, you will manage brand P&L, budget, and demand planning to drive growth and market share.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute brand strategy for each brand, ensuring the correct marketing mix across portfolio, channel, and price.
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of brand plans, including the calendar of launches and animations.
- Manage and control the P&L per brand to ensure profitability objectives are met.
- Manage the brand budget (A&P), ensuring efficiency and optimization of resources.
- Analyze SISO information and market share panel data to generate insights and identify opportunities.
- Oversee demand management to ensure product availability aligned with business strategy.
- Define media strategy (on/off) aligned with brand priorities in coordination with PR agencies and the digital and media coordinator.
- Provide visibility of local marketing plans and coordinate opportunities to adapt global strategy to the local market.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree, preferably in Administration or Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience as a Brand Manager in mass consumption companies, with preference for the beauty industry.
- Good command of English.
- Intermediate knowledge of Office package, SAP, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of digital channels and social media management.
