Pod Network is hiring a Marketing Lead to tell the story of our groundbreaking layer-1 protocol and bring its technology to the forefront of the crypto world. You will be a content-driven, audience-obsessed marketer responsible for translating complex technical ideas into clear, impactful content to grow our audience.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve our content strategy, calendar, and distribution.
• Craft narratives and content across channels including X, Telegram, blogs, newsletters, and technical documentation.
• Drive audience growth through organic strategies, performance insights, and content partnerships.
• Build relationships with partners to align on co-marketing efforts and amplify reach.
• Translate complex technical ideas into accessible, engaging formats for various audience levels.
• Keep a pulse on Web3 trends, memes, and narratives and leverage them creatively.
• Help shape pod's broader go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Provable experience building and scaling a technical audience from scratch.
• A track record of making things go viral, with examples to prove it.
• A crisp, clear writer who can simplify complex technical concepts.
• The ability to quickly grasp deep tech ideas and turn them into digestible content.
• Terminally online presence, especially on X and Telegram.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to measure what works.
• A self-directed approach and willingness to take ownership of the content function.
• Familiarity with crypto culture, markets, and the narratives that drive them.

Nice to Have

• Stage presence and excitement about public speaking opportunities like podcasts and panels.
• A portfolio of high-performing crypto or Web3 content such as memes, threads, or videos.
• Understanding of blockchain scaling and cryptographic protocols.
• Experience writing developer- or research-oriented technical documentation.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Active presence on X, Farcaster, or other Web3-native platforms.
