Kellanova is looking for a Marketing Intern to join the Market Activation Team in Warsaw for a 12-month contract. This role provides a hands-on introduction to activating iconic brands in a global FMCG environment, from planning through to execution.
What You'll Do
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions to bring brand strategies to life.
- Help manage the day‑to‑day marketing budget by creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and supporting vendor onboarding.
- Support the coordination and delivery of high‑quality point‑of‑sale materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales data, category trends, and brand performance to generate actionable insights.
- Assist with organizing internal events, product launches, in‑store activities, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Finance to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Polish and English.
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Nielsen knowledge would be a plus.
- Previous internship experience or participation in study exchange programs.
